Mark Sisson

General Manager - Australia

Mark joined Realcold Australia as General Manager in January 2011, introducing robust business processes and disciplines to ensure the company’s continued growth and success. Mark has established a team with not only strong skills and experience in refrigeration and air conditioning industry but with wider-commercial acumen to drive the Australian business forward.

Vaughn Strydom

Technical & Engineering Manager

Vaughn has been an integral part of Realcold since October 2008, bringing with him 27 years of industry experience. Vaughn thrives on the constant challenges around efficiencies and new solutions.
Specialising in refrigeration system design and plant efficiency optimisation, as well as qualifications covering refrigeration mechanic, and aircraft technician to name a few; Vaughn and his team are an assest to the company and our customers.

Lyndon Stephenson

National Operations Manager

Lyndon leads National Operations, including manufacturing, warehousing and distribution. He is also responsible for occupational health and safety for the company. Joining Realcold in July 2011, Lyndon has implemented many process improvements and built an operations team for the future. Lyndon has had a long and successful career in the industry, beginning in 1993 filling refrigerant cylinders, progressing to managing refrigerants and has spent time as a Sales representative.

Grant Jeffree

NSW Regional Manager

Grant joined Realcold as the NSW Regional Manager in mid 2011 and has brought with him many years of experience and knowledge in refrigeration and air conditioning. With specialty knowledge of the air conditioning industry, for over 12 years, along with a Fitting and Machining Trade Certificate, and Diploma in Frontline Management - Grant's expertise in sales and customer service will ensure Realcold customers’ experience is second to none.

Glen Stubberfield

QLD Regional Manager

Glen is an integral part of the Queensland team at Realcold, joining the company in mid 2011, with his dedication to the refrigeration and air conditioning industry, second to none. Starting his career as a refrigeration apprentice at sixteen, Glen has gained invaluable knowledge and works hard to continually educate and develop the staff of Realcold Queensland. With a passion for building customer relationships and rapport, Glen enjoys leading the Queensland sales and service team.

Tasha Ames

Sales & Marketing Support Manager

Tasha joined the Realcold team in early 2011 bringing a background of sales and customer service management. With communication and customer satisfaction as her main objective, Tasha is involved in sales background and marketing strategy of the business.
